Delta Download giving timeout errors with April Unified Update Platform (UUP) update

Hi,

We are facing issue while downloading April/May 2023 cummulative update (UUP).
Issue is not specific to a device, its same for all Win11 22H2 clients.
Excerpts from Delta Download logs from different devices in different scenarios -

Failed to send HTTP Response. Error=800704cd

Correlation vector:5gcwYotd80SxsX97.4.0.0.58.1.1.6.1.1.14, Failed to send HTTP Response. Error=800704cd

CMBITs download job end with error.

CDeltaBitsManager::ProcessRanges - Failed download ranges, return code = 0x80004005

Download timed out with 5 minutes of no progress. Cancelling download job

LoadFromString() failed to load the pscmdlet output as xml. Output -

DO data collection task failed with error - 0x80004005

File size does not match

CDeltaBitsManager::ProcessRanges - Failed download ranges, return code = 0x80004005

WUAHandler.log for all above says -

Unexpected HRESULT for downloading complete: 0x80d02002

As per our understanding Content Provider is slow, can this be the issue ?

Is there any setting we can do to have coordination in DO/DeltaDownload and ContentProvider.
We tried changing Max Download Bandwidth for DO client, made it very low but that didnt help.

We started facing this issue only with April/May UUP updates.

And this works fine in small, high bandwidth environments or if we download on just 2-3 machines.
Please help us to resolve this issue.

    How do you set the 'Allow clients to download delta content when the option is available' in 'Software Updates' in client setting?

    If you set it to "Yes", try to set it to "No".

    Hi all,
    For us this got resolved with May cummulative updates from Microsoft. They have made quality improvements in Servicing Stack which has helped our ACP to perform as expected. No code change was required from our side.
