This setup was working correctly until today, with no code or configuration changes on our side. Starting today, all requests began failing with the same error.

Key details:

Issue occurs both in Azure AI Foundry Playground (Chat) and via SDK/API calls

Azure OpenAI resource is deployed in Sweden Central (swedencentral)

Error is returned immediately on request execution

Affects OpenAI models (chat/embeddings)

Resource, deployments, and API keys are unchanged

Error message:

InternalServerError: Unable to get resource information

Because the error occurs in the Playground as well, this appears to be service-side rather than application code–related.

Questions:

Are there any known service incidents, outages, or regional issues affecting Azure OpenAI / AI Foundry in swedencentral?

Could this be related to model availability changes, backend deployment updates, or temporary capacity issues?

Are there any recommended diagnostics or logs we should check to confirm the root cause?

Any guidance or confirmation would be appreciated, as this issue started suddenly without changes from our side.
