I received following Microsoft Power BI mail, is it a scam?

I received this today and I'm worried, I would appreciate your help, thanks in advance!

    Hello, This email is a scam. The sender address may look legitimate because it is a real Microsoft Power BI notification address. However, the message content is not from Microsoft. Here is how the scam works: the scammer creates a Power BI dashboard and adds your email as a subscriber. Power BI then sends an automated notification from its official system, which makes the email address appear “Microsoft sent this.” The scammer controls the dashboard content, so they design the notification to include fake support language and a phone number, hoping you will call and be scammed. Do not call the number or follow any instructions in the message.

    So can't YOU (Microsoft) block emails like this. I imagine older people will think as "REAL". Please Microsoft do you job!

    Just got one myself, other than the strange phone number it looks pretty official. Normally wouldn't give it a second look but the address made me think MS had some kind of hack. Either way its just more junk filling my inbox.
