Hello,

We are trying to adjust the time limits on my son's connected device in the Family Safety app. However, whenever we try to either adjust the times or remove any limits, the app gives an error message saying 'Try again' or 'That didn't work.' Not further information provided. Have tried using the app to adjust time limits on a mobile phone (android device) as well as via the Family Safety app on a Windows device, neither is working. Very frustrating as he needs his device for school.
