May I please know if you are receiving any error code or message when launching the Outlook (Classic) program, or does the application close immediately?
Have you tried repairing your Office applications?
Go to: Start > Settings > Apps > Installed Apps > locate Microsoft 365 Apps in the list, click the three ellipsis (···) icon, select Modify, then click Repair.
Once the repair is complete, restart your computer and launch Outlook (Classic) program.
If you are still having issues, please create a new Outlook profile:
- Open Control Panel.
- Change View by to Large icons.
- Select Mail (Microsoft Outlook).
- Click Show Profiles > Add.
- Enter a new profile name and configure your email account.
- Once done, select Always use this profile and click Apply, then OK.
After that, launch the Outlook (Classic) program and check if it opens correctly.
