I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding an unresolved issue in my Azure Technologies course that is significantly impacting my academic progress.

Unfortunately, I have not received any response or assistance. When I reach out for help, I am redirected to the Azure Technical Team. However, when I contact the Azure Technical Team, I am advised to work directly with my instructor. This has resulted in a continuous loop, and my issue remains unresolved.
The main concern is that my Azure account has been disabled, and I am being asked to pay for services that, to my understanding, should already be covered by the school. Due to this issue, I have been unable to access required resources, submit projects, or sit for exams. This is now the third instance where my academic work has been affected because my account is not functioning.
At this point, I am unsure how to proceed and am increasingly concerned about the impact this may have on my coursework and academic standing. I would sincerely appreciate your assistance in one of the following ways:
Resolving the issue directly,
Helping me establish contact with my instructor, or
Advising me on the correct next steps to ensure this matter is resolved promptly.
