SInce I update to windows 11, I cant open pictures I downloaded such as jpegs and png.

Hi Jason, You require to Reset Photos App as well after updating windows 11

go to:

• Settings → Apps → Installed Apps

• Search for Microsoft Photos.

• Click the three dots → Advanced options → Reset.

• Reboot and try again
