Hello @Asanda,

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Forum!

Yes, Microsoft 365 Business Standard, including the ESD (Electronic Software Delivery) version, fully supports organizational setup.

When you activate Microsoft 365 Business Standard, it is set up as part of a Microsoft 365 organization (tenant). This allows you to manage users, assign licenses, configure your domain, and use organization-wide services such as Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive for Business.

The term “ESD” only refers to how the license is delivered digitally and does not affect the functionality or organizational capabilities of the subscription.

You can find the official Microsoft documentation below for reference: Sign up for Microsoft 365 Business Standard - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

In summary, Microsoft 365 Business Standard is designed specifically for business and organizational use and fully supports organizational setup and administration.

Please let me know if you need any assistance with tenant creation, license activation, or user setup.

Kind regards,
