    It meets the requirements

    It have 6th or 7th gen CPU's which aren't officially supported by Windows 11.
    Oldest supported CPU is 8th gen.

    Yes, it's possible to install Windows 11 to unsupported device and it will get monthly patches via windows update, but annual Feature updates must install manually using ISO image.

    It meets the requirements and I can buy a 7050 online with Win 11 Pro installed

    1. Processor (CPU): 1 GHz or faster with 2 or more cores on a compatible 64-bit processor.

    3. Storage: 64 GB or larger storage device, with additional free space recommended for the upgrade process.

    Dell Optiplex 7050 use 6th and 7th gen Intel CPU's which aren't supported by Windows 11.

    Here is also Dell's list of Windows 11 supported Optiplex 70xx models and 7050 isn't listed.
