    Hi,

In the case when you reset this PC, did you select the option to keep files and programs or Nothing?

If it is a laptop or desktop, if possible, could you provide the laptop model or your desktop configuration?

    Thanks

If your PC is stuck at 64% during a factory reset, it may indicate that there are issues with the recovery process or that the system files are corrupted. Here are some steps you can try to resolve this issue:

    1. Force Restart: Sometimes, a simple restart can help. Hold down the power button until the PC turns off, then turn it back on.
    2. Boot into Recovery Mode: If the restart does not work, try booting into recovery mode. You can do this by interrupting the boot process three times (turning off the PC while it is starting up). This should take you to the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE).
    3. Use Advanced Options: In WinRE, select Troubleshoot, then Advanced options. From here, you can try the following:
      • Startup Repair: This option can fix issues that prevent Windows from loading.
      • Command Prompt: You can run commands to repair system files. For example, you can use sfc /scannow to check for and repair corrupted files.
    4. Reset Again: If the above steps do not help, you may need to attempt the reset again. In the recovery options, select Reset this PC and choose either to keep your files or remove everything.
    5. Check for Hardware Issues: If the problem persists, it may be indicative of hardware issues, such as a failing hard drive. If possible, run hardware diagnostics to check the health of your components.

If none of these solutions work, you might need to consider seeking professional help or using a recovery drive if you can access another computer to create one.
