Using New Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
Hi Gary,
Outlook does not have a built-in option to directly print the membership list of a contact group, which is why you are being pushed toward exporting all contacts. The Groups or Contact Groups feature is designed for emailing, not reporting, so printing requires a workaround.
Open the contact group, double-click it so the members are visible, then select all the names in the member list and copy them. Paste the list into Word or Excel, where you can format and print it. This lets you print only that specific group instead of exporting your entire contacts folder.
If you are using Outlook on the web or Microsoft 365 Groups, you may need to view the group in the People section first, then copy the member list the same way, since direct printing is not supported there either.
