Open Word, then go to File - Account.

On that window, is there a button to check your Office licence, that may allow you to switch back to Office 2019.

If that option is not available, log into your Microsoft account on this link, do you find your Office 2019 licence listed there, if you do, the best option will be to uninstall Office, the re-install Office 2019 from your account on this link.

If your Office 2019 was pre-installed on your laptop and has been replaced by Office 365, you can reinstall Office 2019 by following these steps:

    1. Access Your Microsoft Account: Go to account.microsoft.com/services and log in with the Microsoft account that was used to activate your Office 2019 license.
    2. Find Your Office 2019 License: Once logged in, you should see your Office 2019 license listed.
    3. Download the Installer: Click on the Install button to download the Office 2019 installer.
    4. Run the Installer: After downloading, launch the installer and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

If you encounter any issues or do not see your license, you may need to contact the laptop manufacturer for assistance regarding the pre-installed software.
