how do I get my Robux?

I can't redeem my Robux after using my Bing points to redeem it, I pressed code as it shows when you buy it with your points which in this case I bought the Roblox Digital card-- 400 Robux. with my points got the code and it did not work which I don't know if I'm supposed to wait or what. I did resend hoping that might help so I could get my points back and try repurchasing again.
