Hotmail Password

Hi,

I was trying to reset my password for my Hotmail account which is johnythenmarry@Karima ben .com.

But I don't get the code to the alternate email address which is johnythenmarry@réalisations .com.

Since the Hotmail account was created a very long time back I don't remember the other security questions

    I have already checked my spam folder and recovery options.

    Is there any helpdesk number I can talk to the MS team?

    Check to make sure the email containing the security code isn’t in your junk or spam folder.

    If you’re unable to receive the security code to reset your password, you can submit an account recovery form to recover your account trough https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus/.
