how do i sucessfully download the correct microsoft visual C++ 2019 X64 to my PC, i have other versions of graphics, but probably no the X64 bit one for the 2019 model.

i have games on my PC i want to play but games like empires of the undergrowth and the new game Quarantine Zone, BOTH require it.
