    You can share your subscription if you have Microsoft 365 Family or Microsoft 365 Premium. For instructions, see https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/share-your-microsoft-365-family-or-premium-subscription-b389b9ce-3ae3-4a82-9017-39d79972fcba .

    An invited family member should then follow the steps at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/someone-invited-you-to-share-their-microsoft-365-subscription-6a6c098e-1934-4436-9a94-69c92590da5b to accept the invite and install and activate Office.

    Here is another way to share your share your subscription to another family member go to Microsoft 365 subscription sharing page directly at https://account.microsoft.com/services/microsoft365/sharing be sure to sign in with the account that owns the subscription. Next check your sharing status this will allows you to see who is sharing this with you and will allow you to share it as well. Once the family member is added you can manage their access you can remove, resend invitation and even check device installs.
