Hi, thank you for that information. This error occurs when there is a file system error on the PC. In this case, the last method we can do is a reset and keep your files. However, this process will delete all apps. If you are okay with that, kindly follow the steps below:

Warning: Apps you installed from websites and DVDs will be removed. Apps that came with your PC and apps you installed from Microsoft Store will be reinstalled. Windows puts a list of removed apps on your desktop after refreshing your PC.

    To reset the PC:

Go to Settings> Go to System>Recovery options at the end.

Under Recovery options, click Reset PC.

Click Keep my files> Click Cloud Download and follow the prompt.

Hi, I'm Bernard, a fellow Windows user. I'm happy to help!

As per checking and analyzing the DMP files, there are multiple Visual C++ Runtime errors on the PC. To sort out the issue, kindly follow the steps below:

    Repair All Visual C++:

Press the Windows key + R and type:

    appwiz.cpl

    Then press

OK, Right-click each Microsoft Visual C++> Click Change> click Repair

Note: Do this on all Visual C++. Restart the computer and check

Method 2. Download and install Visual C++ from the link below:

Kindly download and install X86 and X64:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170

Note: Once done, try to reinstall the software again. However, if all fails, this might be an issue with the app.

If none of the above solutions work, I suggest doing an in-place upgrade, wherein it will update the device to the latest version and repair all issues without deleting any files.

If PUBG is constantly crashing, there are several potential issues to consider:

    1. Driver Issues: Ensure that your graphics drivers are fully updated. Even if you believe you have the newest NVIDIA drivers, sometimes a clean installation can help resolve conflicts. You can use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to remove existing drivers before reinstalling the latest version.
    2. Game Files Integrity: Verify the integrity of the game files through the game launcher (Steam or others). Corrupted files can lead to crashes.
    3. Overclocking: If your CPU or GPU is overclocked, consider reverting to the default settings. Overclocking can lead to instability in some games.
    4. Background Applications: Close unnecessary background applications that may interfere with the game. Applications like screen recorders, overlays (like Discord), or even certain antivirus software can cause issues.
    5. Windows Updates: Ensure that your Windows operating system is up to date, as updates can include important fixes for gaming performance.
    6. DirectX and Visual C++ Redistributables: Ensure that you have the latest version of DirectX and Visual C++ Redistributables installed, as these are crucial for game performance.
    7. Check for Known Issues: Sometimes, specific games have known issues with certain hardware configurations. Check the game’s official forums or support pages for any similar reports from other users.

If the problem persists after trying these steps, consider reaching out to the game's support team with the crash logs for more detailed assistance.
