Please can you sign into your educational account here: https://m365.cloud.microsoft/apps/?auth=1

Once you have signed into your account, please click onto 'Install apps' on the top-right hand side corner of the page.

Then click onto the download option for your account

It should then present a window asking you for what version of Microsoft 365 you wish to install onto your PC. Please follow the on-screen instructions to install Microsoft 365 onto your computer/device.

To reinstall Microsoft Office on your laptop, follow these steps:

1. Uninstall the Current Version:
   • Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps (for Windows 11).

2. Sign In to Your Microsoft Account:
   • Open https://account.microsoft.com/services in your web browser.
   • Sign in with the Microsoft account that you used to purchase or activate your Office license.
3. Download the Installer:
   • Look for your Office product listed under the Services & subscriptions section.
   • Click on the Install button next to your Office product to download the installer.
4. Run the Setup File:
   • Open the downloaded file (usually named Setup.exe).
   • Follow the prompts to install Office on your laptop.
5. Activate Office:
   • Open any Office application (like Word or Excel).
   • When prompted, sign in with the same Microsoft account used in Step 2 to activate your Office.
