To turn on Windows Security, follow these steps:

    1. Open Windows Security: You can do this by searching for "Windows Security" in the Start menu or selecting the icon in the notification area on the taskbar.
    2. Navigate to Virus & Threat Protection: Once in Windows Security, click on the "Virus & threat protection" tile.
    3. Enable Protection Settings: In the Virus & threat protection settings, ensure that the Real-time protection and Cloud-delivered protection options are turned on. You can toggle these settings as needed.

If you see a warning at startup, it may indicate that certain protections are disabled. Make sure to check these settings and enable them if they are off.

If you've Windows Security already on and still you receive the pop up, be careful, it may be spam. You can post screenshot of the pop up, so we can suggest if it's legitimate or spam.
