No option to remove add ins. clicking the 3 dots only shows view details

Please provide the present Version Number & type of License for you Office software as indicated in Word> About Microsoft Word in the Word menu bar.
Using MS 365 Office subscription Version 16.106 (26020313) my dialog is completely different & the ellipsis works as expected to permit removing an add-in:
Even the Manage My Add-ins link in the upper right corner does not produce the page displayed in your screenshot.
This is a known problem in Word for Mac. Please file a bug report by choosing Help>Feedback>Report a problem. If you place your screen shot on a sample page, you can include it when you submit.
