The add button in Normalization rules in Teams admin console if greyed out and I am a Global Admin. This is happening for all of my admins but if we add a batch through power shell that works. We can also edit or delete any existing that were added from Power shell. Anyone have any ideas why that would be before I open a case with Microsoft?

    Hi @Dennis Rachiele

The documentation states that there can be a maximum of 50 normalization rules in a given tenant dial plan.

Through testing, when you create 50 normalization rules, the ADD button will turn gray and cannot be created.

I do have 1 more questions, ours were created by a power shell script and we have 248 in there now, will they all work or just the first 50?
