I bought Xbox gamepass on July 20th on that same day i turned of reocurring billing now it is agosto 23 and it has charged me 20 dollars 3 days ago. I want to know if it is possible to get it refunded and how to do so. Side note I haven't used any of the gamepass games after I got charged.

You should be able to go to https://account.microsoft.com/ and then go to Subscriptions, then look for something that says "Request a refund" and click that and request a refund.
If you don't see that, you can also go to https://support.xbox.com/help/subscriptions-billing/manage-subscriptions/digital-goods-subscriptions-refund and request a refund using the form that way.

The main thing that I could not even use this Xbox Pc game pass. Unfortunately, I expected more.
