Have you tried Resetting the Store using
Run WSRESET-i

My Microsoft store is not opening, when I try to open it, it just shines and closes please help me and also windows insider program doesn't respond when I try to open in updates

If it’s disabled, set it to Automatic and start it.If the Windows Insider Program is also unresponsive, ensure that your system is fully updated and consider restarting your device after performing the above steps.
