My paid for CoPilot Pro but keep getting this message "We've reached our daily limit

I have verified on the Microsoft Account Subscriptions page that I have a monthly (paid up-to-date) CoPilot Pro Account. When a try to upload an image I keep getting this message "We've reached our daily limit. Come back this time tomorrow." My understanding is the Pro Accounts do not have limit's re: uploading images. I have taken all the normal steps to fix the problem, including dowloading app on my PC but nothing is working! Can anyone help me please?

    I just upgraded mine from home to pro and still have this message. starting to learn that copilot's reliability is garbage.
