    Hello,

Is there any reason you were using that link? It is for work/school/business account only, make sure you sign in with the correct type of account if you believe it is stored with that account.

Otherwise, have you looked into your personal Microsoft account here to see if it is stored there: https://account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey

If you are unable to find your BitLocker recovery key, there are a few steps you can take:

    1. Check Your Microsoft Account: If your device is linked to your Microsoft account, you can check for the recovery key by logging into your account at https://myaccount.microsoft.com. Look under the Devices section to see if your recovery key is listed there.
    2. Look for Printed Copies: Sometimes, users print their recovery keys when they set up BitLocker. Check any physical documents you may have saved.
    3. Check USB Drives: If you saved the recovery key to a USB drive, ensure that the drive is connected to your computer.
    4. Contact IT Support: If your device is managed by an organization, your IT department may have access to the recovery key.
    5. Use the Company Portal App: If your device is enrolled in Microsoft Intune, you can retrieve your recovery key using the Company Portal app. Open the app, go to Devices, select your Windows device, and choose Get recovery key.

If none of these options work, you may need to consider recovery options that could involve data loss, such as using a recovery image.
