    Hey there, Shaurya Soni

This sounds as though your account is been managed by the Microsoft family organiser. Please can you ask your family organiser to sign into their account here: https://family.microsoft.com

Once they have signed into their account, they will be able to change your screen time settings

Once they have changed these settings, you should be able to use your device.

    Hope this helps,
    Nathan

The message indicates that the device is locked due to Family Safety settings, which is a feature in Windows that allows parents to manage their children's computer usage. This includes setting time limits and restrictions on when a device can be used. In this case, the device will remain locked until 08:00 on 16-02-2026, which suggests that a curfew or time restriction has been applied through Family Safety settings.

If you need to adjust these settings, you can do so through the Family Safety controls in the Windows settings, provided you have the necessary administrative permissions.
