I keep getting Authenticator request several time a day. I have reset my password but nothing helps.

I am not able to see any activity on the authenticator activity log.

Can someone help? I may have to delete the app as last resort as it has become a nuisance

It seems like you are experiencing repeated authentication requests from the Microsoft Authenticator app, which can indeed be frustrating. Here are a few steps you can take to address this issue:

    1. Check for Unauthorized Access: Ensure that your account hasn’t been compromised. Sometimes, repeated requests can occur if someone is trying to access your account. Change your password and enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) if it’s not already enabled.
    2. Review App Permissions: Go to your Microsoft account settings and check for any apps or services that may have access to your account. Revoke access to any suspicious applications.
    3. Sign Out Everywhere: Use the option to sign out from all devices to terminate any active sessions that may be causing these requests.
    4. Contact Support: If the issue persists, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for assistance. They can help you investigate any underlying issues with your account.
    5. Consider Deleting the App: If you feel that the app is no longer serving its purpose and continues to be a nuisance, you may consider uninstalling it. However, ensure you have alternative methods for MFA if required by your account settings.

If you decide to keep the app, make sure it is updated to the latest version, as updates can resolve bugs and improve performance.
