Microsoft Rewards Points Just Disappeared

Hi, I was trying to earn more rewards points this morning when I saw that I had zero of them. I found this odd, seeing as I had over 3,000 points only a few hours earlier. I checked on my Xbox account just to be sure, and saw that it also said I had zero. I don’t know how this happened. Could someone please explain to me why my points are all gone all of a sudden?
