    Hi,

There should be an OK button once your facial details are gathered.

Could you please censor your Photo, and provide a screenshot of the popup you see, so that I can help you further?

I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.

If you are experiencing issues with the Windows Hello setup where the acceptance or save button is not visible and you only see the message "Make sure your face is centered in the frame," it could be related to the biometric authentication requirements or the configuration of your device. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

    1. Check Virtualization Based Security (VBS): Ensure that VBS is running on your device. You can verify this by opening System Information and looking for Virtualization Based Security listed as Running.
    2. Verify Biometric Isolation Trust-lets: Check that the biometric isolation trust-lets (bioiso.exe and ngciso.exe) are running. You can find this information under System Information > Software Environment > Running Tasks.
    3. Re-enroll Windows Hello: Go to Settings > Sign-in Options, remove any existing Windows Hello enrollment, and attempt to re-enroll.
    4. Driver Issues: Ensure that your camera drivers are up to date. You can check this in Device Manager under Imaging Devices. If necessary, uninstall the driver and restart your device to allow Windows to reinstall it.
    5. Check for Group Policy Conflicts: If you are on a domain, certain Group Policy settings may affect Windows Hello functionality. Ensure that there are no conflicting policies that might prevent the setup from completing.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, consider filing a feedback item using the Feedback Hub for further assistance.
