can someone please help me with installing a network driver with these types of files

Did the driver installed by Windows itself not manage to work the wi-fi on the system?
i downloaded windows so there is no wifi driver installed

Do you have LAN driver and can you connect with LAN?
If yes, connect with LAN and run Windows Update and download and install all updates (including drivers) and this should install the driver.
Otherwise, you may visit your device's manufacturer website and download and install driver manually from there.

i do not have the lan driver and cannot connect with lan. i visited the manufacturers website but there was no .exe file there to install my driver. there was a zip file containing 2 system information files so i tried using the command prompt but i was not able to install it.
Would you mind share the model and manufacturer of your device?

In this case, from your screenshot, you download the correct driver.
Firstly, you will need to unzip the file.
Then you need to click on setup and it should start the driver installation.

Is there any error message?
What happens when you attempt to run it?
Have you tried right click and run as administrator?
It tells that the installation failed and when I run it as an administrator then it just opens and closes in less than a second.
Try open the command prompt as administrator and navigate to the location of the setup using cd command and try run it and see if the problem persists?
I did that and it didn’t install
Does it display any error message?
In this case, try contact their support.

Have you try to go to Device Manager, right click on device with missing driver (WLAN in your case) and install (update) driver from there pointing to driver location (the location above where you saved and unzipped downloaded drivers).
If the drivers are correct one it should install them, if not you'll get a message that you have wrong drivers. As Reza-Ameri mentioned above, it seems that you have the correct drivers.

I tried that but there are wan drivers there not wlan.
