I am unable to share my screen during a teams meeting, it is greyed out so that i cannot click the "share" button.

First make sure that you are at least a presenter in the meeting. Second you have to check the permissions on chrome for Teams. I would prefer using the desktop app if I were you.

In this case, you could try checking the following settings:

1. Ensure that the "Allow desktop sharing" option is enabled in the MS Teams settings. For more details about its settings, you could refer to:

2. Check that the correct screen is selected for sharing. Sometimes MS Teams might show a gray screen if there are multiple displays connected to your computer and the wrong display is selected.
