Hi, Sandie. If there is no sign in option and it shows offline, reset the OneDrive app. Press Windows key plus R, type %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset, then press Enter. Wait about two minutes, then open OneDrive again from the Start menu. This reset restores the connection and brings back the sign in screen without removing your files.

If it still stays offline after the reset, let me know what exact message you see. Thanks!

If OneDrive is showing as offline and you cannot find options to sign in, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check OneDrive Status: Ensure that OneDrive is running. You can look for the OneDrive icon in the taskbar notification area. If it is not visible, you may need to start OneDrive by searching for it in the Start menu.
    2. Unlink and Relink OneDrive: If you have added a different or old account to OneDrive, unlink it and relink OneDrive to the correct account. This can often resolve issues with account access.
    3. Reinstall OneDrive: If the above steps do not work, consider uninstalling and reinstalling OneDrive. This will not result in data loss. You can uninstall it through the "Add or remove programs" settings in Windows.
    4. Clear Cached Identities: If there are multiple identities causing conflicts, you may need to remove cached Office account identities from the registry.

By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the issue and regain access to your OneDrive account.
