Example scenario: we have a customer with 10 windows machines, used by 10 different people.
They only need to use 2 mail boxes in the whole company: ******@customer.com and ******@customer.com
Does this mean i can just buy 2 Microsoft 365 business standard licences (1 for each mailbox) and install the office apps: onedrive, word, outlook etc... on the 10 devices?(they are all willing to share the same mailbox and onedrive with the limitations it )
If yes or no, could i please also get an article that CLEARLY explains how it works? Because it's not 100% clear on the website. Or maybe my understanding of what i read is wrong.
