I have a laptop and a desktop. I have purchased Microsoft Office 365, but I cannot get it installed on my laptop using the same account

    Hello,

    Can you please go to your account https://account.live.com > Subscriptions, and verify that you have either Microsoft 365 personal or family, or premium. If you have Basic, that won't work. Also make sure the status is active.

    If all looks good there, Please go to https://www.office.com

    Sign into the Microsoft account you used for the subscription. Click on Apps on the left.

    Then on the upper right, click on "Install apps". This will now download the installer file. Once downloaded, click on the file to install. It will install the Desktop version of the apps for you then.
