GroupMe will not load on my Computer, Microsoft computer

I can't log in to GroupMe on my computer, a Dell. Having also cleared cache, etc., and even opened a private window as suggested online. I put in my password, and all it does is spin. Come on, Microsoft, fix this. If you put a product out there, support it!

I NEED THIS TO WORK.

    Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry you’re having trouble with GroupMe.

    Just checking, are you using GroupMe in a web browser like Edge or Chrome? If you are, would you mind giving the Windows GroupMe desktop app a shot? The web version can act up sometimes, but the desktop app usually runs smoother and lets you log in without those loading problems. You’ll find it in the Microsoft Store.

    Let me know if switching to the app helps, or if you need anything else.

    I reinstalled the app and tried logging in on multiple web browsers. I get an error message that says "Chat, we have a problem! We're working on it now!" However it has been like this for about a month now.
