How to activate win 7 without internet access? tall- free is obsolete.

You can post here, so I assume you do have internet access, just the test machine is not allowed to connect. Good news is the test station itself doesn't need internet—you just need access on any other device.

Here's how to activate:

1. On your offline Windows 7 test station: System Properties > Activate Windows now > Activate by phone
2. Note the Installation ID displayed on screen
3. On a separate device with internet, go to aka.ms/aoh
4. Sign in with a Microsoft account
5. Select Windows 7 and enter the Installation ID
6. The portal will generate a Confirmation ID
7. Enter that Confirmation ID back on your test station to complete activation

Windows 7 can still be activated offline using the built‑in phone method, even if the PC has no internet access. Use the product key that is already available.

1. On the Windows 7 test station, select Start → right‑click Computer → Properties.
2. At the bottom of the window, select Activate Windows now.
3. Choose Show me other ways to activate.
4. Enter the Windows 7 Ultimate product key when prompted and select Next.
5. Select Use the automated phone system.
6. Select the appropriate location from the drop‑down list and select Next.
7. Call the phone number shown in the wizard from any working phone line (it does not have to be on that PC). Even if older toll‑free numbers are obsolete in some regions, the wizard will present the currently supported activation number for that locale.
8. Follow the automated instructions: provide the installation ID shown on the screen and then enter the confirmation ID given by the system back into the wizard.
9. Complete the wizard to finish activation.

If activation fails, review the reasons in Why can't I activate Windows (for example, key already used on too many devices or wrong edition) and correct as needed.
