I am getting this Error but I am the Global Administrator.

This error occurs when you're signed in with a Guest account, even if it has Global Administrator rights because Guest users are blocked from configuring Entra ID Cloud Sync or other privileged actions. To fix it, use a Member-type account instead. You can either switch to an existing Member admin or create a new user directly in your tenant with the Global Administrator or Hybrid Identity Administrator role. Then, sign in with that Member account and try again. Guest accounts, regardless of permissions, are not allowed to perform these operations.

Thank you for your response. I have created a personal Azure account for administrator practice. The account type is "Member," and I have Global Administrator rights.

Im using the Site Global admin account not a guest and im still getting this i even added ownership to the account under the enterprise app
