Hi! Let me help you with this issue.

Please try to rename that driver.

    Locate the driver file:

    Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers.

    Rename the file:

    Find ene.sys.

    Right-click it and choose Rename.

    Change the name to ene.sys.old.

    Restart your computer:

After renaming, restart your PC to apply the changes.

    Launch Valorant:

Open Valorant. It should now run without issues.

The ene.sys driver is being flagged by Valorant’s anti-cheat as incompatible. To continue playing, the driver must be updated or removed.

    Follow these steps in order:

    1. Update Windows and device drivers
      • On Windows 11:
        1. Select Start → type Settings → open Settings.
        2. Go to Windows Update.
        3. Select Check for updates and install all available updates.
      • If the problem continues, update specific device drivers (especially any RGB/lighting, motherboard utility, or peripheral software that might install ene.sys) from the hardware manufacturer’s website. This is similar to updating video, printer, mouse, and keyboard drivers when they cause application issues.
    2. Check for a newer version of the ene/lighting utility
      • Identify any ASUS, MSI, or other RGB/lighting control software installed (for example, Aura/Armoury Crate or similar tools that often use ENE drivers).
      • Open Settings → search Add or remove programs → uninstall the RGB/lighting utility.
      • Reboot, then download and install the latest version of that utility from the motherboard or device manufacturer’s support page.
      • Try Valorant again.
    3. If updating does not help, uninstall the device/driver
      • Physically disconnect any accessory that might use this driver (RGB controller, specific peripherals) if possible.
      • Open Device Manager (search for Device Manager from Start).
      • In View, select Show hidden devices.
      • Look under likely categories (for example System devices, Universal Serial Bus controllers, or any custom device category) for hardware related to ENE/RGB.
      • Right-click the suspected device → Uninstall device.
      • In the confirmation dialog, if available, check Delete the driver software for this device, then select OK.
      • Restart the PC and test Valorant.
    4. Ensure the driver package is removed from the Driver Store (advanced)
      • If the driver keeps coming back, it may still be in the Driver Store.
      • Open an elevated Command Prompt or PowerShell (Run as administrator).
      • Use pnputil to list and remove the specific driver package as described in the documentation:
        • First list drivers and identify the Published Name for the ENE driver.
        • Then run:
                 pnputil /delete-driver <Published Name> /uninstall

      • This permanently removes that driver package. If no other driver matches the device, that device will stop functioning until a compatible driver is installed, so use this only if sure the driver is not needed.
    5. If Windows blocks the driver from loading
      • If a message appears that a driver cannot load because of security features like Memory Integrity, check for an updated, compatible driver from the manufacturer.
      • Only if no update exists and the device is essential, Memory Integrity can be turned off in Windows Security → Device Security → Core isolation details → Memory Integrity, but this reduces protection and is not recommended just to run a game.
    6. Reinstall or repair related software
      • If ene.sys is bundled with a specific vendor utility, uninstall that utility from Add or remove programs, reboot, then install the latest version from the vendor.

If none of the above resolves the issue, contact the motherboard or device manufacturer with the exact driver name (ene.sys) and ask for a Windows 11–compatible, anti-cheat–compatible version.
