There are many factors behind slow booting. Firstly, switch over to SSD from HDD.
I shall also suggest go for a Clean Boot.
Why is it feeling slow in 12GB ram?

My laptop has an intel i3 10110u processer,1tb hard disk and 12 GB of total ram.In my laptop loading time are bit of slowly.Is it normal or is it b.coz the hard drive.BTW I am using windows 11..😒
