Si votre version actuelle de Windows 10 est la 1809, elle est obsolète depuis plus de 7 ans. Pour la mettre à jour, les méthodes de mise à jour classiques échoueront. Vous devez disposer de la version 22H2 de Windows 10 pour passer à Windows 11.

Pour ces mises à niveau majeures, la méthode la plus efficace consiste à utiliser l'ISO de Windows 10. Téléchargez l'ISO, puis effectuez une mise à niveau hors ligne.

Assurez-vous de télécharger l'ISO dans la même langue que celle de votre interface Windows, puis suivez les instructions. Il ne s'agit pas d'une réinstallation de Windows, mais d'une simple mise à jour : vos fichiers personnels, vos paramètres et vos logiciels installés resteront intacts.

pour télécharger l’outil de création de supports d’installation (cliquez sur « Télécharger l’outil maintenant »). Vous pourrez ainsi télécharger la dernière image ISO de Windows 10 (sélectionnez « Créer un support d’installation pour un autre PC »), puis choisissez le format ISO et non une clé USB.

Une fois le téléchargement du fichier ISO terminé :

Déconnectez-vous d’Internet.

Déconnectez tous les périphériques externes, à l’exception de la souris et du clavier.

Désactivez temporairement tout antivirus tiers installé.

Dans l’Explorateur de fichiers Windows, double-cliquez sur le fichier ISO, puis exécutez Setup.exe et sélectionnez l’option « Installer ».

Important : veillez à sélectionner l’option permettant de conserver vos fichiers et applications.

Pour la mise à niveau vers Windows 11, la procédure dépend de la compatibilité de votre matériel.

Cliquez sur le bouton Démarrer, puis saisissez « msinfo » et appuyez sur Entrée. Veuillez fournir une capture d’écran de la fenêtre « Informations système » qui s’affiche.

Error 0x80070002 during Windows Update usually means required files for the update are missing or corrupted. This can block both regular updates (like KB4023057) and the upgrade path to Windows 11.

Follow these steps on Windows 10:

1. Restart the PC
   Make sure no other applications are blocking the update process.
2. Run the Windows Update troubleshooter
   • Select Start > Settings > Update & Security.
   • Select Troubleshoot, then Additional troubleshooters.
   • Under Get up and running, select Windows Update > Run the troubleshooter.

5. Try the update again
   • Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for updates.
   • Install pending Windows 10 updates (including KB4023057) until the system is fully up to date.
6. Then attempt the Windows 11 upgrade again
   After Windows 10 is fully updated and stable, retry the Windows 11 upgrade using Windows Update or the official upgrade tool.

If the error persists during the Windows 11 upgrade itself, also apply the general upgrade fixes:

• Disconnect nonessential external hardware (USB drives, printers, external disks, docking station).
• Uninstall non‑Microsoft antivirus and nonessential or outdated software from Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features before retrying the upgrade.
