    Hello

If you are just a home user, you won't have access to the analyzer mentioned in the AI answer.

You can use free online one such as https://mha.azurewebsites.net/ or use Google's https://toolbox.googleapps.com/apps/messageheader/

These are third party ones.. not Microsoft's. Let me know if you are looking for anything in particular and need anything additional support on this topic.

Yes. Microsoft provides a Message Header Analyzer that can be used with messages received in new Outlook (Microsoft 365).

    To use it:

    1. In new Outlook, first view the full internet message headers:
      • Open the email.
      • Select More actions at the top of the message window.
      • Select View > View message details to see the internet headers.
    2. Copy the entire header text.
    3. Open the Microsoft Message Header Analyzer tool (for example, from security tools like the Email entity page in Microsoft Defender for Office 365, which has an Open Microsoft Message Header Analyzer action).
    4. Paste the copied header into the tool and select Analyze headers. The tool parses the hops, timing, and anti-spam details in a readable format.

This works for messages regardless of whether they were sent from Gmail or another service, as long as the full header is available.
