Hi
I joined the Microsoft 365 Developer Program with my business account as per https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/developer-program/microsoft-365-developer-program and then setup an instant sandbox following https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/developer-program/microsoft-365-developer-program-get-started.
I got an email saying that the sandbox has been created and I can see it in the program console
When I click in the "Go to subscription" link and try sign-in with admin user I created during the setup I get the incorrect username error:
We have also tried the same process with another our business accounts and with a personal one and the result has been the same.
It looks like there is some kind of issue generating these sandboxes.

I am experiencing the same problem with a new sandbox generated today.

Same thing over here. Nothing was changed. Sandbox created. I wanted to log in directly. Even after more than an hour it does not work.

Have the same problem with the Instant Sandbox created pm 2nd June 2023. No change even after 1 day.

Facing same issue. Sandbox was successfully created but unable to login to the sandbox with the administrator account (xxx@*.onmicrosoft.com).
"This username may be incorrect. Make sure you typed it correctly. Otherwise, contact your admin."

Same issue for me. Created the Sandbox earlier this day and got a confirmation that it has been created, but when logging in with the administrator account I always get "This username may be incorrect. Make sure you typed it correctly. Otherwise, contact your admin." as error message.

The same here. I create a new sandbox yesterday and got an email notification that it has been created but I am not able to log into it at all. (I even tried to create another account after deleting the first one but with the same result)

I work in IT and Microsoft has been having login issues over the past few days im wondering if thats why we are all having this issue after creating a sandbox

My account has been reset somehow and I was able to create a new sandbox. Thanks to whoever did this!
In my case, they have done something, the subscription I created is gone and now offers me to create a new one:
but when I click in the start button it says:

Me too, am having the same issue:
I think this issue for all of us is caused because of the intermittent outage that Microsoft is facing over last few days. Since it is resolved now, Microsoft has deleted the partially created Sandboxes and asked us to create again. See the message displayed in my subscription.
