how long does configuration process take? have been trying to open my microsoft powerpoint , word and access and excel they are saying setup needs to run to configure your microsoft office program

    Frequent "configuration" processes usually means that two different versions are installed on the same PC and that they are competing over being the default Office suite. Look in the Installed Apps in Windows Settings and see what is listed there.
