Hello I've been struggling with this a lot so any help would be appreciated! I recently bought a windows PC and have issues connecting my keyboard after restarting. I initially had to restart my PC by reinstalling windows 11 manually and re-installing BIOS and so on because I couldn't sign in to my PC after mistakenly making a microsoft profile without a password. I was able to connect my wireless bluetooth keyboard just fine during this time. However, after restarting my pc (as in erasing all my previous data to re-install windows 11), I can't connect my bluetooth keyboard anymore since it keeps saying "try to connect the device again" when I try to add it as a "new device" on bluetooth. When I check my bluetooth adapter in device manager, it says I'm curently using a "Generic Bluetooth Adapter." Am i supposed to have a wiresless bluetooth driver (from intel/realtek/mediatek)? I don't know if that is what I need to fix my issue. Any idea what's wrong? I tried every solution I could find online but I'm afraid to do much when this is my first time using windows.

I am not familiar with computer terms so I may be wrong. My bluetooth keyboard is named as "BOW 5.0" wireless keyboard and I am using a viewsonic monitor with gigabyte or ASUS.

Access msinfo32.exe in the search bar, take a screenshot and post it here so we can see the correct version to install the Bluetooth driver.

In your case, the correct Bluetooth driver is this one, found at the links below:
Install one at a time, restart your PC, check if the driver has changed, and then test it.
