Microsoft Rewards Robux

I am very frustrated with the current situation with Microsoft Rewards Robux. I worked hard to earn 6,750 points specifically for the 400 Robux card, and just as I finally reached my goal, the reward went out of stock and has stayed unavailable for a long time.

Now I’m basically forced to aim for the 800 Robux card at 11,300 points, which will take much longer, and I’m worried it might also go out of stock before I can redeem it.

Please bring back the 400 Robux reward. I already spent a lot of time earning points for it, and I don’t want to waste my effort or have to spend another months trying to earn enough points again.

    Hi Kise Shin

Robux gift cards on Microsoft Rewards often go out of stock due to high demand, and Microsoft doesn’t provide restock timelines. It can take days, weeks, or longer for a specific denomination to return. Your points won’t expire while you’re waiting.

If you’d rather not wait, the workaround is that you can redeem an Amazon gift card instead and use it to purchase Robux on Amazon. Amazon gift cards are usually consistently available on Microsoft Rewards and can be a practical alternative. After redeeming, simply buy a Roblox gift card on Amazon and redeem it as usual.

Otherwise, you’ll need to keep checking the Microsoft Rewards catalog until the Robux option you want is back in stock.

Microsoft Rewards catalog items, including Roblox digital cards, can go out of stock or become unavailable, and availability is not guaranteed for any specific reward or denomination. When a particular reward (such as the 400 Robux card) is out of stock, the only options are to:

    1. Wait and periodically check the Redeem page to see if the item returns.
    2. Redeem points for a different available reward (for example, a different Robux denomination or another gift card) once enough points are earned.

To monitor what is currently available and avoid missing new or returning items:

    1. Go to your Microsoft Rewards dashboard.
    2. Select Redeem to view the current catalog.
    3. Consider setting a points goal for one of the rewards that is currently in stock and working toward that goal.

For feedback about specific rewards (such as asking that the 400 Robux card be brought back), submit it directly to Microsoft Rewards support so it can be reviewed by the team that manages the catalog. The catalog and offers can change over time, and only the Rewards team can adjust availability.

In the meantime, continue following best practices to earn points efficiently so progress toward any alternative reward is faster:

    • Stay signed in with the Microsoft account when using Bing, MSN.com, Xbox, or the Bing mobile app.
    • Set Bing as the default search engine and engage daily with Bing and MSN activities.
    • Keep the Microsoft account information (including phone number) up to date so there are no issues redeeming when a desired reward is available.
