VIDEOS DO NOT LOAD ON MSN

For the past 3 weeks, videos do not load on my MSN Homepage. The video starts - then becomes interrupted by the AD - the AD PLAYS FROM BEGINNING TO END - but the video is not frozen and does not play. I cleared the cache and the problem still exists. I am frustrated that MSN support could not help me, although I am an MSN customer with an account for many many years. The tech support person told me to write my question on this website. Frankly, I am not confident that I will receive a reply with technical support to fix this issue.

He gave me a CASE NUMBER and told me to write it in my question.

I need help to resolve this.

    Is this happening in Edge? If so, have you tried clearing MSN cache and cookies? See if it is just a cache problem, preventing the videos to play properly. Close all MSN tabs, then go to Edge Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Cookies > See all cookies and site data. Search MSN, expand and click on the bin icons on each cookie to delete them.
