On Android, Outlook can sync its calendar to the device’s default Calendar app, but this is controlled from within Outlook and depends on the account type.
Try the following steps:
If the account type does not support calendar sync (for example, only IMAP is available), the calendar sync slider will remain disabled and calendar export to the Android default Calendar app will not be possible from Outlook.
