I have noticed some stuttering and freezing on my laptop with windows 11 and so I scanned for viruses and got this information:User's image

I have been trying to remove this virus wit multiple programs (windows defender, KVRT, malware bytes, NPE) and nothing seems to work. Can anyone offer a solution or do I need to fully reset my windows to default settings

Hello Bartosz,

Question for you: are you using Fan Control Apps or installed new drivers / overclock your PC?

From my personal perspective: I recommend the Clean Install as it's the safest one (Ofc you need time and backup).
note: TEMPh-ttnxkljbcsz.sys is just a temporary copy created by one of these apps when it starts up.

However if you want to dig deeper to remove it:

#Run_Offline_Scan

Continue:

  1. Isolate the System from the Network
  2. Run Offline Scan
  3. OR Boot into SafeMode & Run Scan again > Remove manually the file from (C:\Windows\Temp)
  4. Check recently apps and startup software (remove any suspicious software's or non-used ones)

[Proactive]

To prevent this in the future, go to Windows Security > Device Security > Core Isolation and turn on Memory Integrity. This will block vulnerable drivers from loading in the first place.
