Hello Bartosz,
Question for you: are you using Fan Control Apps or installed new drivers / overclock your PC?
From my personal perspective: I recommend the Clean Install as it's the safest one (Ofc you need time and backup).
note: TEMPh-ttnxkljbcsz.sys is just a temporary copy created by one of these apps when it starts up.
However if you want to dig deeper to remove it:
#Run_Offline_Scan
Continue:
- Isolate the System from the Network
- Run Offline Scan
- OR Boot into SafeMode & Run Scan again > Remove manually the file from (
C:\Windows\Temp) - Check recently apps and startup software (remove any suspicious software's or non-used ones)
[Proactive]
To prevent this in the future, go to Windows Security > Device Security > Core Isolation and turn on Memory Integrity. This will block vulnerable drivers from loading in the first place.
