Unable to Access Entra Admin Center Due to Forced MFA Without Setup
Dear Microsoft Support Team,
I am the Only Global Administrator for my Microsoft 365 tenant (Business Basic plan), and I am currently unable to access the Microsoft Entra Admin Center due to a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) issue.
When attempting to log in, I am prompted to provide an authentication code from the Microsoft Authenticator app. However, I have not previously configured or completed the setup for MFA or the Authenticator app. As a result, I am stuck in a login loop and unable to access my account.
I also do not have any alternative authentication methods (such as SMS, phone, or backup email) configured, and I am unable to reach the security settings page as it redirects me back to the MFA prompt.
This is the only Global Administrator account in my tenant, so I am completely locked out of administrative access.
I kindly request your assistance to reset or disable MFA for my account temporarily so that I can regain access and properly configure authentication methods.
Please let me know if any identity verification is required from my end.
