Utilisation de Teams Windows avec appareil auditif Phonak via bluetooth

Ma prothèse auditive Phonak est appairée avec mon laptop LENOVO P50.

Le canal Phonak est bien paramétré et activé dans les paramètres Windows et Teams (version locale), mais je n'entends aucun son dans ma prothèse auditive, quand je suis en conversation "Live" Teams avec une autre personne.

Par contre, le micro Phonak de ma prothèse fonctionne très bien en conversation "live" teams (mon interlocuteur m'entend quand je lui parle).

Le canal Phonak (paramétré dans Windows) fonctionne très bien avec les autres applications comme VLC, Spotify... : j'entends très bien les sons dans ma prothèse auditive.

    According to your description, during the call, can you not hear the other party but the other party can hear you?

    There are several possible solutions you can try to fix it. Here are some suggestions:

    1.Please make sure the correct speakers are selected in the audio settings.

    Select the ellipsis in the meeting for __More actions.

    2.Check the Volume Mixer Settings

    Right-click on the audio icon in the system tray and select Open Volume Mixer.

    Make sure your speakers and system sounds are not muted. Ensure the volume for Teams isn’t muted either.

    3.Check and install any new updates for Teams. This may correct some errors and introduce new features.
